February 1979. Edinburgh. Just been out with the snow-chains on.
May 1979. St Tropez, France. Just when you think you have a pretty weird car .......... you park next to a Lawil Varzina (2 cyl, 250cc). According to the WWW: "Officially the slowest car in the world".
May 1979. La Mole - a small airfield in the South of France.
May 1979. Boulogne. About to get on the Hoverlloyd SRN-4 - heading for home.
March 1980. Silverknowes foreshore, Edinburgh.
Some time about now, I must have taken out the engine and welded in taller front subframe mounts as the photographs below shows the car sitting relatively horizontal (by comparison with the ones above which show a fairly nose-down attitude).
July 1984. Turnhouse. I think I took this shot to produce a side-elevation to do some rough drawings for a new fixed roof design. (Note the new fibreglass headlight mounts. They lasted until I made the bonnet with integrated mounts shown in the photo below.)
September 1987. With the new bonnet. The fibreglass headlight mounts have gone. The rear part of the roll-bar has been moved (see through rear side windows).
December 1987. You can just see marks on the side panel where I've been trying to work out how to design a deeper passenger door.
December 1987. Some shots of the (now fairly lived-in) interior.

Many years later. All that remains.
